Opaque ruby. Spice-accented cherry, dark berry and spicecake aromas show very good energy and pick up subtle floral and cola nuances as the wine opens up. Juicy blackberry, boysenberry and spicecake flavors put on weight with air, taking on a smoky mineral quality on the back half.
